Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop components, jigs, and fixtures for EV vehicle manufacturing and assembly.
- Utilize CAD software such as Fusion 360 and SolidWorks to generate 2D/3D models and drawings.
- Analyze material properties to determine suitability for product and manufacturing needs.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure efficient assembly processes.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Pareto, DFMEA/PFMEA, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke).
- Conduct statistical analysis and data-driven decision making to improve product and process quality.
- Manage procedures for production equipment and fixture design.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction in the production line.
- Support prototype builds and validation activities for new projects.
- Communicate effectively in English across cross-functional teams and suppliers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Material Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing process. Experience with EV components and vehicle systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of material properties and mechanical behavior. Proficient in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
- Experience in statistical engineering and data analysis.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, tooling, and fixture design.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, DFMEA/PFMEA, and other quality tools.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
