รายละเอียดงาน- Key account management
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s life insurance portfolio
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.
- Manage and support all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal policy target
- Advice and encourage the team to negotiate the term and condition of the policy including solving any problems.
- Provide training and support the team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure the renewal procedure and all documents are accurate
- Correspondence with the insurers in case the customers have any queries or request more information.
- Joining orientation session for new staffs / presentation as customer request
- Handle Hotline 24/7 for all queries
- Promote health-related activities as part of client engagement and business growth strategies.
- Utilize Line OA and other digital channels to enhance client communication and engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on business performance, sales targets, and market trends for senior management.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai nationality
- Male/Female
- Age over 40 years old
- Bachelor degree any related field.
- Experience in Life insurance business at least 10 years.
- Excellent command of English
- Good communication, strong negotiation skill, analytical skill and problem solving skill.
- Excellent to presentation skill and able to manage relationship with Top-Management level.
- Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point
