•Manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, finalizing agreements, and drafting contracts.
•Provide professional after-sales service, including production follow-ups, shipping coordination, handling product claims, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
•Coordinate internally with R&D, production, purchasing, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations aligned with client requirements.
•Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan sales strategies, set sales targets for each market, and monitor/report performance on a monthly or quarterly basis.
