รายละเอียดงาน- Provide live support and resolve software issues for the Warehouse Control System (WCS) after system go-live.
- Log and manage incident tickets using Jira, including troubleshooting and documenting incident reports.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test software systems and applications (as needed).
- Assist in system implementation activities such as onsite testing, user training, UAT, and issue resolution (as needed).
- Debug and analyze software system errors to identify root causes and solutions.
- Coordinate with the System Engineer Team to ensure a smooth handover of system knowledge and responsibilities.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status, system updates, and user support.
