AutoCAD, Creo, or NX).
- Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.
- Non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design.
- Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling development, management and daily
checking of equipment/tooling.
- Tooling management and optimization.
- Drawing of tooling/fixture central management.
- Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging
problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent.
- Capable to conduct DFM analysis/review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical systems, jigs, fixtures, and machines using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks,
AutoCAD, Creo, or NX).
- Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, electrical, and automation engineers.
- Perform basic mechanical calculations and simulations (e.g., stress analysis, FEA).
- Select standard components (bearings, motors, actuators, sensors, etc.) according to design
needs.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery on-site.
- Review and improve existing designs for cost-efficiency, safety, and performance
