4) Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key medical stakeholders.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Specialists, Marketing, and After-Sales Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
6) Oversee a broad product portfolio in the medical device sector, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
7) Report performance metrics and strategic insights to senior management regularly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong ability in developing sales strategies, team management, and business planning.
- Broad knowledge of various types of medical devices and healthcare markets.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
