• Conduct regular visits to retail stores to maintain a strong minimum execution standard and track performance.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and brand activation teams to support in-store visibility and activations.
• Implement an active approach to identify opportunities to enhance customer-based data. Establish and oversee B2B client relationships, including those with corporations, hospitality organisations, gifting companies, and luxury concierge services.
• Drive bulk sales through corporate gifting, private events, and special collaborations.
• Leverage existing relationships to establish and expand distribution and develop influential relationships throughout the customer database.
• Prepare and present customized product offerings and proposals to B2B clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand positioning and key messages.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets across both retail and B2B channels.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on competitive landscape, and market trends.
