• Delivers personalized service to all members, guests, visitors, and VIPs of TCC.
• Treats every customer with friendliness, courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Assists members with reservations and provides support to ensure personal attention and first-class service.
• Learns the names of members and regular guests, uses them appropriately, and helps fellow staff do the same. Anticipates members’ needs and fulfills them whenever possible.
2. Attends Language or Work-Related Training
• If not yet fluent in English, participates in English classes provided by TCC with the aim of achieving fluency.
• Encouraged to learn other useful languages, such as Japanese or Korean, to enhance communication with international guests.
3. Familiarity with TCC Rules
• Understands and stays up to date with TCC’s rules and policies.
• Able to explain relevant rules and policies to members and guests clearly and confidently when needed.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
• Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure the needs and expectations of members, guests, and VIPs are met—and ideally, exceeded.
5. Documentation in the Log Book
• Contributes to the Member Relations log book by noting suggestions, complaints, issues, and important feedback.
6. Merchandise Display and Inventory
• Maintains a clean and organized environment in the Pro Shop, including merchandise displays.
• Is knowledgeable about available items, their prices, and locations. Recommends suitable products to members and guests.
• Assists the Finance Department with quarterly inventory checks.
8. Locker Key Control
• Issues and checks locker keys daily to ensure proper tracking and return.
9. Other Duties
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
