รายละเอียดงาน
1. Build and maintain ISO9001 systems, formulate inspection standards and process documents, and organize internal and external audits;
2. Coordinate the inspection of the entire process of incoming materials, processes, and finished products, supervise the handling of unqualified products, and prevent the outflow of defective products;
3. Lead customer complaints and quality accident investigations, promote cross-departmental rectification, and reduce quality costs;
4. Manage the quality inspection team, carry out inspection skills and quality awareness training;
5. Connect with suppliers and customers, follow up on quality improvements, and coordinate to solve quality problems in cooperation.
Qualifications:
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Higher Vocational Diploma or above, more than 3 years of quality management experience in the manufacturing industry;
- Have professional knowledge of the ISO9001 system, and understand the basic tools and processes of quality management;
- Have strong problem analysis ability and cross-departmental communication and coordination ability;
- Hold an internal auditor qualification certificate, and those with team management experience are preferred;
- Those with English or Chinese proficiency are preferred
