1.Translation Tasks
-Perform bidirectional Chinese-Thai translation (including business documents, contract terms, and daily communication), ensuring linguistic accuracy and professionalism.
2.Financial Assistance
-Handle daily invoicing (issuing/receiving);
-Organize financial documents according to tax requirements;
Liaise with accounting firms for basic financial matters.
3.Administrative Coordination
-Standardize, categorize, and archive company documents/contracts;
-Manage office supplies procurement and inventory;
-Maintain office equipment;
-Handle daily correspondence (emails and letters).
