รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage and control the receiving inspection process to enhance its overall efficiency.
2. Inspect incoming raw materials and component parts according to the sampling plan, and promptly record the inspection results in the shop floor control system.
3. Review and confirm the root cause of issues with raw materials and component parts reported or identified by relevant departments.
4. Record and manage nonconforming raw materials and component parts by coordinating with relevant departments (Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Corporate SQE in China) to take prompt action on supplier quality issues and prevent any impact on the production line.
5. Carry out sorting activities or offline repair processes to address supplier part issues.
6. Develop and regularly update the Standard Inspection Procedure (SIP).
7. Monitor the Incoming Inspection Control Plan (IICP) to ensure it is regularly updated according to the latest drawing revisions.
8. Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, female, age 25-35 years
- Graduated with bachelor's degree or higher in the field of industrial engineering. or related fields
- Have at least 3 years of experience in quality work.
- Good command of English or Chinese is perfect
- Basic Knowledge about supplier quality management requirements of ISO9001, IATF16494 and basics standard
- Able to work independently and work as a team with high responsibility.
- Can start work immediately
