1.Create Human Resources Development Program/Method to drive employee performance development and support business requirement.
2.Execute and deploy policy of HR to business operation such as Performance Management System, Employee engagement program etc.
3.Being business partner with business unit for organization change and development. Interface with HQ and Regional office to develop and deploy HR Policy
4. Design and implement various Organizational Development (OD) programs, systems, and interventions, encompassing areas such as Competency Development, Career Management Planning, talent management, succession planning, etc.
5.Execute and integrate HR policies into business operations effectively
