รายละเอียดงาน
1.Plan, control, and improve SMT production processes to ensure efficiency
2.Analyze and troubleshoot problems in the SMT production line
3.Set up and adjust SMT machines such as Screen Printer, Chip Mounter, and Reflow Oven
4.Create and update documents including Process Flow, Work Instructions (WI), and related procedures
5.Support engineering and production teams in quality improvement and scrap reduction
6.Coordinate with related departments for new product introduction (NPI)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, age 25-30 year.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in SMT field
- Strong knowledge in production process analysis and improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills
- Immediate availability is an advantage
