Time : Mon-Fri 08.30-17.30
(Starting with a 6-month contract, with ongoing consideration for renewal.)
- Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team – including Joint Sales Calls
- As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities
- Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product problem
- Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Instrument and Control, Automation, Electrical)
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automation or related field. Excellent active listening skills and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Fluent English and preferred with minimum TOEIC score 550
- Have an experience and knowledge in PLC.
