รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish & maintain procedure to meet requirement in GMP & ISO 22716 and other quality system.
2. Review & approve the Quality manual, Procedure, Work instruction and Form.
3. Ensure & maintain Quality System
4. Lead external audit, follow up the action plan and provide, follow up the internal audit plan
5. Ensure and maintain the document control management system.
6. Ensure change control process is performed and documented properly.
7. Ensure the customer & consumer complaint is investigation, follow up the action and prevent recurrence.
8. Maintain the nonconformance process and ensure effective investigation and corrective/preventive action.
9. Monitoring and Tracking trending of NC and complaint for continuous improvement.
10. Summary Weekly Report and Monthly Quality Meeting with HQ.
11. Ensure over all process of packaging, raw material, bulk and finished goods are under control and meet specification, no major issue.
12. Implementation and maintain the ERP system.
13. Ensure the product from contract manufacturing to meet COSMAX requirement and specification.
14. Ensure over all the packaging, raw material, bulk and finished goods standard is provided.
15. Ensure over all method for testing meets requirement and under quality control.
16. Review the inspection, test result for all packaging, raw material, bulk and finished goods and ensure over all the inspection, testing & release packaging, raw material, bulk and finished goods is done within timeline.
17. Ensure over all the chemical analysis testing and the Microbiology test methods meet requirements and documents will be provided.
18. Provide quality related training to employees for continuous improvement.
19. Evaluation of team work ability, coaching and feedback the team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Cosmetics, Chemical, Biotechnology, Microbiology or Biology Science
- 5-10 years of managing of Quality System experience
- Customer complaint/ conflict management.
- Analytical and Investigation Skills / Strategic Planning
- Computer Literacy and ERP system.
- Proficiency of English communication.
- Coaching and Mentoring.
