รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop equipment maintenance and safety related training courses
2. Develop equipment maintenance plan and improve spare parts management;
3. Establishment and management of equipment archives
4. Responsible for the use and debugging of production equipment, daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, and annual maintenance;
5. Timely solve software and hardware problems of production automation equipment, declare spare parts, and prepare spare parts contingency plans;
6. Master the usage and maintenance techniques of the managed equipment and facilities.
7. Statistical analysis of daily equipment maintenance information, optimization of equipment, and improvement of equipment performance;
8. Collect equipment OEE production data, extract and analyze, and improve equipment OEE;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Master's degree+over 0 years of work experience; Bachelor's degree+3 years or more of work experience; College degree+over 5 years of work experience
- Principles of Mechanical Manufacturing, Equipment Exception Handling Standards, Equipment Maintenance Standards, DOE Verification Reports, 8D Analysis Reports
- Can communicate in English
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
