Lead and coach 5–7 branches to deliver sales and operational KPIs
Actively drive sales growth through promotions, upselling strategies, and local marketing collaboration
Monitor branch performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze operational issues and propose actionable solutions
Ensure all store teams follow company standards, policies, and procedures
Support recruitment, training, and retention of staff across branches
Conduct monthly reviews with Store Managers to track progress and identify gaps
Identify and develop high-potential team members for future roles
Provide regular store visits, spot checks, and hands-on support where needed
