Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring Trust & Safety and wellbeing services align with client goals and SOPs
2. Manage client relationships and provide regular performance, escalation, and wellbeing reports
3. Oversee service delivery, KPI/SLA performance, and issue escalation with internal teams
4. Drive process improvement, best practice sharing, and service standardization
5. Monitor wellbeing metrics and support sustainable, healthy team performance
