Business: Retail clothing business
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of retail stores in Thailand.
2. Ensure stores meet brand standards (visual merchandising, presentation, etc.).
3. Update policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
4. Set and achieve sales targets
5. Analyze sales data and improve store performance.
6. Optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
7. Train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
8. Develop supervisors and lead the retail team.
9. Maintain high service standards and handle customer feedback.
10. Work with HQ, Marketing, Buying, and HR to support business growth.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor/ Master of Business Administration in Sales or Marketing or other related fields
- Over 20 years of working experiences in Apparel Retail industry, proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a management role
- Strong knowledge and background of sports or fashion market
- Data-driven decision for sales & marketing
- Excellent in analytical and numeric skills: forecasting/ budgeting/ pricing
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking & operational expertise
- Business & financial acumen & Growth mindset
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
