รายละเอียดงาน1.Managed and increased export sales in Vietnam and Cambodia by collaborating with our company’s hired promoter and exploring opportunities to partner with new clients to achieve sales targets.
2.Develop strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers in the region.
3.Seek and negotiate new business opportunities to expand market reach.
4.Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.
5.Update clients’ purchasing teams about our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
6.Recruit, train, and supervise Promoters (PCs) at retail locations to ensure effective product representation.
7.Monitor the performance of PCs and ensure they meet sales targets and brand guidelines.
8.Conduct product training sessions for both clients and in-store promoters to enhance product knowledge.
9.Provide regular market insights and reports to the management team.
10.Suggest strategic improvements based on data-driven decision-making.
11.Work closely with marketing, logistics and product teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
12.Coordinate export documentation, shipments, and after-sales support to ensure seamless delivery.
13.Ensure compliance with local market regulations and company policies.
