รายละเอียดงาน
- To control the production process to carry out production under conditions of 4M
- Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- To control the job set up verification, process running that are complied with manufacturing standard and operation standard.
- Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
- Analyze root cause for provide countermeasure and review the improvement of manufacturing process indicator as productivity, quality, cost of poor quality.
- Update procedure of production process, check sheet, etc.
- Prepare production reports and communicate effectively with management.
-Take action and assign direction for irregular event or abnormal issue both day and night shift.
- Coordinate working standard start of shift, breakdown and quality containment, to ensure labor is utilized in the most efficient manner to meet to production goals.
- Supervisor are responsible for pushing the work they are responsible for to achieve their goals with full strength. In the event that the number of troops is insufficient , the level leader and has a duty to support the work so that the work can proceed smoothly.
- Ensure compliance to safety and quality requirement through proactive monitoring of safety.
- Motivate and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Comply with regulations, work order, policies, operating regulations manual operation methods and standard both the company and the laws and regulations on environment systems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 35 years old up
- High vocational Certificate up, Major : Industrial Engineering or Related field
- 5-10 years of experience as production supervisor in manufacturing process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Experience: IATF16949, ISO14001
- Ability Microsoft office
