รายละเอียดงาน
Being responsible for all aspects of legal, Tax and compliance workflow - Being able to provide legal consultant’s services - Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreement, MOU, letter of intent, POA, letters to local government in both of Thai and English version - Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations - Provide legal profession advice and support for Lawyer Team and other relating team - Provide legal accurate analysis of key legal issues to enable fully informed and timely decisions - Take a leading role in determining the legal direction Lead, coach and develop his/her team to meet present and future business requirements - Reporting progress of assignment to Japanese Boss Perform other assignment as business required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law from a leading Thai or international university
- At least 3 Years’ working experience in legal and compliance field at law firm and/or in-house
- Experience in M&A, due diligence, BOI investment, FBA
- Good negotiation and analytical skill
- Mature personality and strong communication skill, adaptability and conflict resolution
- Experience court proceedings for civil and criminal case is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is required
