- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Handle player check-ins and process payments using Jonas and EZLinks systems
- Operate POS for retail transactions, gift cards, returns, and rain checks
- Manage and schedule tee times using EZLinks software
- Maintain and update tee sheet for smooth course operations
- Support group bookings and guest play coordination
- Organize and restock merchandise displays to luxury retail standards
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving stock, and maintaining shop supplies
- Provide product recommendations and support sales
- Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and professional in appearance
- Support tournaments and events with check-ins, prizes, and scoreboard updates
- Adhere to club grooming standards and dress code
