Be Well Medical Center, established in 2020 by three Thai medical professionals, operates a Western model of family healthcare from two locations in Hua Hin. Most patients are expatriates from more than 70 different countries. About 25% of the patients are Thai.
The core services are performed by 4 full-time family doctors, supported by nurses, physiotherapists, a pharmacist, an acupuncturist, a psychologist, and a lab technician. Be Well also
has a dental department in its main location. The total head count, including non-medical staff, is 25 FTE (incl. 3 foreigners). About 10 external specialists visit us on a, typically monthly, basis for in-house
OPD clinics.

Primary Responsibilities:
● Manage the overall daily operations of the medical and administrative (i.e., reception, IT, accounting, and HR)
teams, ensuring smooth workflow.
● Maintain excellent relationships with patients by facilitating a welcoming environment, paying attention to their needs, and addressing individual concerns.
● Supervise HR daily operations, such as recruitment, staffing, performance management, scheduling, attendance management, benefits administration, training and development.
● Supervise the accounting department's work, such as monthly and annual reporting, purchasing, and payroll administration.
● Analyze the current workflows and protocols, and identify potential areas for improvement.
● Initiate and oversee the corresponding improvement projects to enhance Be Well overall operations.
Secondary Responsibilities:
● Prepare financial data for strategic decision-making.
● Ensure that the clinic and its staff adhere to all applicable laws governing healthcare delivery.
● Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, such as partnering hospitals, visiting specialists, government
agencies, etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Over 10 years of management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in international settings, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, practices, and industry trends.
- University-level education in a medical-related field, such as Medicine, Nursing Science, Pharmacy, or Allied Health Sciences.
- The candidate must already reside in Hua Hin or be prepared for immediate relocation.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
- Good understanding of cultural diversity.
- Committed to a minimum of 3 years of full-time employment, with the option to transition to part-time later.
