รายละเอียดงาน- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and Software Engineer for ongoing AI and innovation projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and schedules.
- Coordinate project timelines and meetings, ensuring effective communication among internal departments and external parties.
- Help monitor budget usage, invoice tracking, and expense reporting as directed by the Project Manager.
- Maintain proper filing for all project documentation.
- Communicate effectively in both Thai and English with local and overseas partners.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, internal reports, and project proposals.
- Follow up on action items and provide reminders to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Other assigned tasks by Project Manager and Software Engineer.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Good command of English for written and spoken communication.
- Able to communicate with local and overseas suppliers or stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
