รายละเอียดงาน
1. Gather and analyze the existing operation processes and provide
recommendations and refinements for work processes.
2.Operation from the results of word analysis and cycle time
measurement of production line (automatic, manual line)
3.Develop and implement standards operation and standard time.
4.Participate in tracing back and analyzing root causes of nonconformity product.
5.Performs process summary and analysis for cost reduction (Productivity up), Quality improvement
(Internal defect), and improved efficiency (TTP, OEE% and OR%).
6.Gather summary production data (OT analysis, Budget/MP/Vol./OT,
sorting rework, productivity up, Kaizen, Etc.)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated with a bachelor degree in IE Engineering or or related field.
- At last 0-3 year of QA/QC/IE Engineer
- Female/Male, not over 30 years old.
- Knowledge of Quality system, Quality control process, Statistical analysis technique.
- Develoment and improment standard and operation and standard time performs process summary analysis for cost reduction/Productivity up and improve effective OEE% & OR%.
- Able to work under pressure with coordination skill
- Systematic thinking, good analytics, self-motivation and highly responsibility.
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Good command of read and written in English.
- Knowledgeable of FMEA,PQCT,IATF 196949,ISO 14001,ISO 45001.
