รายละเอียดงาน
-Inspect, maintain, and oversee building engineering systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevator, and fire protection systems.
-Plan and perform preventive maintenance and carry out corrective repairs as needed.
-Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for external work or specialized repairs.
-Ensure the safety and functionality of equipment and infrastructure within the building.
-Prepare maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
-Monitor and manage energy usage to optimize efficiency.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Possession of a professional engineering license is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering systems.
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications for reporting.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling problems effectively.
- Willing to work shifts and be available for emergency tasks outside normal hours.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
