รายละเอียดงาน- Handle and resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft 365 services from Tier 1-2 support.
- Perform basic support &troubleshooting for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive sync, SharePoint online, Intune and Azure AD.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding tasks, including license provisioning and email setup.
- Manage and support MFA registration, password resets, and conditional access issues.
- Manage, monitor and support Hybrid cloud environment and Windows 10/11 and mobile device endpoints across the organization.
- Maintain Firepower Firewall and Palo Alto Firewall including setting security policies and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Microsoft Support and related team to resolve complex incidents and service disruptions.
- Assist in reviewing alerts from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and escalate when needed.
- Develop and maintain internal Knowledge Base articles and user documentation.
- Provide training and technical guidance to Tier 1 support teams and end users.
- Coordinate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, endpoint security, and compliance with organizational standards.
