รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee and control the production process of buses and trucks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, production teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Review and verify technical documents including engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during production, providing support to on-site teams.
- Collect and analyze technical data to improve production processes and product quality.
- Monitor and inspect product quality at various stages of production, including tracking progress and reporting results.
- Support product improvement and modification activities in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Supervise the installation of new equipment or systems on the production line and prepare relevant documentation.
- Participate in product testing prior to delivery and prepare corresponding test reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production control or manufacturing engineering (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documents.
- Knowledge of production systems, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or quality control standards (QC/QA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at the manufacturing plant in Bang Bua Thong.
