รายละเอียดงานJob Summary: The Project Expeditor is responsible for managing and expediting the status of
Purchase orders from issuance to vendor, this role is involves closely tracking order progress,
addressing the document status from vendor to Project and updating vendor on returned document.
The Project Expeditor ensures timely delivery of material, equipment and documentation required to
support project procurement plan. This position requires active collaboration with the Project team,
Engineering, Logistics and inspector, to ensure smooth operation and proactively resolve bottlenecks
to maintain project schedules and mitigate delay.
Responsibilities:
Strong order management and expediting skills include resolving discrepancies
abilities.
Proficiency in tracking and managing the order data.
Proficiency in English communication both verbal and written.
Interface with project teams and engineering to obtain information required for
managing work priorities.
Expedite and prioritize the engineering document according to supplier document
index/requirement.
Expediting equipment delivery in alignment with the PO delivery date and Project
procurement plan.
Coordinate with the inspector agency for the inspection activities and planning.
Coordinate with the shipping agency and review the shipping document.
Coordinate with related concern and supplier due to materials adjustment and handling
claims in case of damage or shortage to PO Revision.
Interface with related parties and suppliers to resolve discrepancies issues.
Prepare accurate and up to date records of all expediting activities.
Invoice Verification.
