รายละเอียดงาน
1.Handing import and export shipments and coordinate with the supplier from abroad.
2.Freight forwarding agent, customs clearance broker, and internal department (sourcing, buying)
3.Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance and related government parties.
4.Managing shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L FTA Form. Checking the accuracy of import-export documents.
5.Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed.
6.To perform other job-related duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Administration or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years experiences in Import job function.
- Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification would be advantage.
- Good command both of written and spoken of Chinese.
- Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
