รายละเอียดงานAs part of the onboarding process, the successful candidate will begin by working remotely for the first few weeks to gain familiarity with company operations. They will then travel to China for approximately three months of in-depth training on the company’s accounting systems. After completing training, the candidate will return to Thailand to help establish and implement the financial structure for the new plant, ensuring compliance with local and global standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop Financial Management Systems: Design and refine financial management processes and internal controls for the Thailand plant, ensuring alignment with local laws, regulations, and the company's global financial policies.
Tax Management: Oversee tax filings, payments, and tax planning to ensure compliance with both Thai and international tax laws, while minimizing tax-related risks.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide leadership with accurate financial insights for effective business decision-making.
Cost Control & Profitability Analysis: Analyze key financial indicators, including production and operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost control strategies, and enhance overall profitability.
Budgeting & Performance Monitoring: Collaborate in the development, review, and tracking of the annual financial budget. Regularly analyze budget variances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
