Recruit and select employees in accordance with the company’s needs.
Handle employment contracts, manpower records, and related statistics.
Oversee employee welfare and ensure a good working environment in line with company standards.
Monitor and control employee attendance, including absences, leave, and lateness.
Manage the probation evaluation system.
Enforce company rules and regulations to ensure proper work behavior.
Coordinate employee training programs and new hire orientations.
Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments.
Listen to employee feedback and foster good relations between employees and management.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Male or female, aged 25 and above.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledgeable in HR management, recruitment, labor law, training, employee welfare, and labor relations, including company rules and regulations.
Good personality and attitude, leadership qualities, service-minded, and excellent communication skills.
Creative with strong analytical thinking skills.
Able to work under pressure and possess good problem-solving abilities.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Work 5 days a week (weekends off: Saturday & Sunday).
