We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Accounting Assistant to help manage financial documents and provide general support to
our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking for flexible part-time work in a healthcare
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, file, and label accounting documents (invoices, receipts, payment slips, tax documents, etc.)
- Maintain both digital and paper filing systems in an orderly and accessible way
- Assist in scanning, uploading, and categorizing documents to shared drives or accounting software
- Match documents with internal reports and check for completeness
- Help track due dates for document submissions (e.g., vendor invoices, tax forms)
- Provide basic data entry or document preparation support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, clinic admin) to collect or clarify documents
