รายละเอียดงาน
•Manage and lead a team for Day to Day warehouse/transport activities at highest efficiency level.
•Ensure right products at right quantity, with right quality, with right method, at right time, have been received into warehouse or dispatch out of warehouse efficiently.
•To lead and drive team according to the safety operation and standard work process.
Specific Accountabilities
•To control the daily operation and transportation in accuracy and punctuality as per daily schedule.
•Coordinate with customer, administrators, truck driver and operatives for daily operation activities.
•To support and coordinate with customer service & transportation team for smoothly of goods receive & delivery process.
•To ensure the accuracy of inventory for all stock transaction through Warehouse Management System.
•To direct control the inventory accuracy through cycle count, stock check, stock take as schedule established.
•Ensure all the shipment transactions are executed regarding to the accuracy and punctuality of daily operation and trip of transport as schedule established or customer schedule expectation.
•Direct in charge of all inbound (goods receive) and outbound (goods preparation & dispatch) activities.
•Plan and manage staffs & resources to ensure effective the warehouse transactions, include work load during Annual Stocktake, Month/Quarter/Year-end period.
•To take lead to solving on daily operation problem according to best operations practice and company regulation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Hard working and able to read English and work overtimes
- Experienced team builder and participant
- Having service mind and leadership skill
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Be able to operate forklift or reach truck
- 3 years working experience in relevant warehouse operations
- Logistics, Warehousing and transporting experiences
- Initiatives & Human relation skills
