รายละเอียดงาน- Oversees both human resources and administrative functions within an organization-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with local labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensures efficient HR operations, manages employee relations, and handles various administrative tasks.
- Design and implement training programs, organizational development.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.-Support organizational change management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male or Female, aged not over 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Political Science, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 7 years of HR management (HRM, HRD)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems
- Good command of English language both spoken and written skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to learn quickly, planning & organizing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
