รายละเอียดงาน
-Assist the sourcing manager with sourcing materials and suppliers.
-Working together with R&D, Engineering to find alternative products and realize cost saving projects.
-Propose cost saving projects & alternative material to Sourcing Manager.
-Comparison of alternative material’s specification.
-Negotiate with the suppliers on quality, price, payment and delivery.
-Negotiate and implement agreements and contracts.
-Monitor Supplier Performance for continuous improvement.
-Participate supplier survey, supplier audit & supplier visit.
-Send RFQ’s to local and overseas suppliers.
-Send purchase orders to the supplier for sample and tooling order and monitor the order status from beginning till delivery.
-Follow up on invoices from the suppliers and prepare all documentation to Accounting Department for payment process.
-Create and maintain supplier data in ERP system (SAP)
-Work together with production and the industrialization team to check and test samples in the production environment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (เช่น วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อทางเทคนิค / วัสดุวิศวกรรม อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการจัดซื้อ, โลจิสติกส์ และซัพพลายเชน
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองกับซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- สามารถอ่านและวิเคราะห์สเปกของวัสดุหรือชิ้นส่วนวิศวกรรมได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้ระบบ ERP เช่น SAP
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะการสื่อสารกับ Supplier ต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D), วิศวกรรม และฝ่ายผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารโครงการและการประสานงานระหว่างแผนก
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการประเมินและตรวจสอบผู้ขาย เช่น supplier audit หรือ supplier survey
- มีประสบการณ์การจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกลหรืออิเล็กทรอนิก
- มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิตและคุณสมบัติของวัสดุอุตสาหกรรม
- เคยผ่านการฝึกอบรมหรือมีใบรับรองด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง (เช่น CPIM, CIPS)
