- Image Retouching and Enhancement: Assist in the image retouching process by applying basic techniques to enhance visual quality, working closely with more experienced team members to learn advanced methods and ensure images meet brand standards. - Technical Proficiency: Develop technical skills in relevant software, with a focus on improving proficiency in image editing, color correction, and adjustments. Receive mentorship and training from senior team members to build expertise. - Product Photography and Studio Operations: Support the capture of high-quality product scheduling. Learn to perform basic editing tasks under guidance. - Quality and Efficiency: Help maintain an organized workflow by managing tasks as assigned and ensuring that assets adhere to established file naming conventions and image standards.. Gradually take on more responsibilities as skills develop. - Product Photography and Studio Operations: Support the capture of high-quality product scheduling. Learn to perform basic editing tasks under guidance. - Quality and Efficiency: Help maintain an organized workflow by managing tasks as assigned and ensuring that assets adhere to established file naming conventions and image standards.. Gradually take on more responsibilities as skills develop. - Guidelines and Best Practices: Follow and implement established photography and editing guidelines and best practices. Collaborate closely with photographers and editors across different all photography projects. - Software and Hardware Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating graphic design software and hardware ensuring all tools and equipment are functioning optimally for smooth and efficient operations. - Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Actively seek opportunities to enhance current processes and techniques in photography and image retouching.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field preferred, certifications or diplomas in relevant areas are a plus.
1-2 years in image retouching, with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
Some experience (internships, freelance, or entry level positions) in image retouching or photography is preferred,
Eagerness to collaborate with photography and editing teams and grow in multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and meet deadlines.
English (fluently both written and oral proficiency)
