1.Prepare design concepts with 3D CAD software PTC Creo or similar. 2.Develop new molds for plastics parts to be used for home appliances. 3.Develop new copper/plastic heaters for home appliances. 4.Document, describe and present concept designs to team members. 5.Tolerance analysis experience with 3D CAD software. 6.Safety, Performance and Lifecycle testing of new plastic parts and Cu-heaters. 7.Fluid-flow simulation for new parts. 8.3D printing of plastic parts and prototype building. 9.Material cost analysis and cost optimization. 10.Documentation for QMS system as required

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree (in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
GPA 3.0up
>3 years’ experience in mold design for plastic injection parts.
Experience in development of heater for home appliances would be an advantage
Computer literate with fluent in 3D CAD software, like PTC Creo, AutoCAD, 3D Pro Engineer, Illustrator, Microsoft
Able to communicate with overseas colleague in English language
