The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial administrative and clerical support to the HR department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and the smooth flow of HR processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong understanding of HR principles, company policies, and administrative best practices, with a focus on supporting our employees and the overall organizational goals.
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the HR department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
2. Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and pre-employment document preparation.
3. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
4. Assist in compiling and verifying data for payroll processing, attendance, and leave management for employees.
5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
6. Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, training sessions, and events, including preparing necessary materials.
7. Draft, format, and distribute HR-related correspondence, memos, and reports.
8. Ensure all HR activities and record-keeping comply with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
9. Others as required.
