รายละเอียดงาน- Manage technical tasks internally in order to achieve Customers expectations regarding, cost and lead-time
- Set up a system to systematically monitor price fluctuations based on customer (annual price reviews for existing products)
- Compile and analyse existing quotes including material, manufacturing, freight & duty costs and company margin.
- Liaise with purchasing to negotiate pricing and lead-time and identify new sources for existing products
- Develop and implement a localization plan for Electronics, Mechanical, Plastic parts, and PCB components.
- Organize and Coordinate samples where required of alternates & push for approval
- Proactively search for solutions to reduce price impact to customer (i.e. internal services; alternative suppliers etc.)
- Identify EOL parts and liaise with Product engineers to mitigate risks for customer
- Liaise with customer service team and internal departments i.e. purchasing, product engineer, logistic, process engineer, test engineer, accounting, etc.
- Support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques and processes, identifying inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins and utilization (manage Project budget)
- Proactively analyse customer accounts and products to find opportunities for cost and lead-time reduction
- Work with quoting engineer to find overlap and improvement opportunities in established products and new product quotations from existing customers.
