-Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
-Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues
-Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
-Providing training and support to production staff on quality best practices
-Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal quality policies
-Researching and recommending new quality assurance technologies and methodologies
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar
- Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
