• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.• Conduct Business Medium Term Plan and Action Plan, and coordinate with all
stakeholders to drive business strategy
Support Strategic Projects
• Assist in the evaluation of new strategic projects, new business models and product
strategy
• Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives such as market entry, pricing
strategy, or channel expansion.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and
align on strategic direction.
• Participate in meetings and workshops related to business transformation or growth
strategy.
