รายละเอียดงาน
1. Verify purchase inventory documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and import entries from the Purchasing Department.
2. Review inventory received list by part number to ensure accuracy.
3. Verify inventory balances for raw materials, finished goods, stored goods, and maintenance parts using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
4. Analyze and review inventory issues by part number.
5. Record and track raw materials in transit.
6. Prepare reports on net realizable value and obsolete items for raw materials, finished goods, stored goods, and maintenance parts.
7. Review inventory balance reports and stock card reports for discrepancies.
8. Recalculate and close monthly inventory.
9. Prepare voucher payment order forms.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female age between 22 - 25 Years Old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
- Experience 1 - 3 years in Costing function.
- Knowledge in Accounting Software.
- Good communication, Personality skill.
