- Ensure the workplace promotes a healthy and safe environment that is neat, tidy, and clean at all times.
- Oversee company property management and contract renewals; coordinate with relevant departments for adding new assets or writing off old ones.
- Supervise routine and non-routine office purchases such as stationery and new office equipment; ensure stock sufficiency, and manage housekeeping supplies, materials, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors, negotiate effectively, and expand supplier options.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant authorities, ministries, and government agencies.
- Organize events and office arrangements; lead public relations efforts to ensure the smooth execution of major company events.
- Draft and manage general correspondence including memos and internal emails related to laws and regulations, safety and health, holidays, or event announcements.
- Supervise subordinates in organizing schedules, business travel, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Oversee administration for non-employees, such as freelancers, outsourced cleaners, and security personnel.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Finance Manager to design policies, procedures, and budget planning.
- Track and analyze budgets, conduct research, update databases, and generate monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
