รายละเอียดงาน1. Receive purchase orders (PO) and forecast data from all customers.
2. Analyze and review customer forecast demand to ensure effective support planning.
3. Prepare delivery schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
4. Arrange window time, truck scheduling, and transportation booking.
5. Manage the sale of finished goods to all customers. 6. Prepare packing lists for export shipments. 7. Follow up on new pricing and changes in customer production plans. 8. Maintain new part information in the SAP system. 9. Provide customer information services and support. 10. Prepare monthly reports including sales, delivery, and customer production plans. 11. Generate reports on actual sales income and projected income based on customer PO and forecast. 12. Track and manage sales documents and related documentation. 13. Perform other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male/Female not over 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Planning
- Proficient in using MS Office programs (SAP, Excel)
- Knowledge and understanding of product sales or related documents
- Strong communication skills and understanding of negotiation and coordination
- Skills or knowledge in Engineering or BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and English
