Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to junior testers in the team in creating test cases, executing test plans, and resolving issues.
- Design, develop, and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for mobile and web applications, especially those related to payment and policy services.
- Perform manual testing with a focus on front-end and end-to-end user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify expected outcomes.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing prior to releases.
- Document test results, update defect logs, and contribute to UAT preparation.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve testing efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with experience in mobile applications and payment systems (Banking, Insurance or related field)
- Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring junior team members or leading a QA/testing team
- Experience in working within a collaborative QA or Agile team environment.
- Ability to create clear and effective test cases, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Familiar with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
