รายละเอียดงาน
Main Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage the delivery of machinery and spare parts in coordination with the sales team.
2.Support machinery and spare parts sales through timely and accurate transport arrangements.
3.Optimize transportation routes and select appropriate transport methods to reduce costs.
4.Issue cargo receiving documents and maintain proper hard copy filing for all shipments.
5.Source and evaluate new transportation service providers (slide trucks, transport trucks) to support machinery logistics.
6.Register and manage transportation vendors in the system to ensure service readiness.
7.Learn and apply logistics systems and tools required for operations, and train team members in workflow and process improvements.
Support Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and support machinery delivery activities at the Bangkok HQ Warehouse.
2.Process transportation service providers’ invoices and input payment data into the LTC system.
3.Assist various internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics support.
4.Support the warehouse team in counting stock and verifying incoming/outgoing machinery and spare parts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations (new graduates are also welcome).
- Good understanding of transportation planning and supplier coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics-related systems (SAP, WMS, etc., is a plus).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
