职位描述Job Description：
工作职责Responsibilities：
1.提供高水准的质量服务以满足客户的期望，严格按照客户的要求执行，并和客户代表保持专业有效的沟通.
Provide high level QA services meeting customer's expectations for partners ; constantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partner's representatives
2.管理并监督现场人员的作业，激励并评估现场人员的工作表现。
Manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance
3.提供给检验员/维修技工相应的作业指导书，作业指导书应该是详细明确且通俗易懂的，包括使用作业安全事项，返工及筛选作业工具选用，每一步的作业流程说明
Provide corresponding inspection work instructions to inspectors for sorting jobs, the work instructions should be specified and understood easily by inspectors, including safety instructions, tools used for rework/sorting, step by step work instructions.
4.对所有现场涉及到各类检验返修活动，准备好相应的培训教程，并提交给主管批准。
Prepare the training materials for all containment technical skills related to workshop rework activities, submit to supervisor for approval.
5.对所有新进检验返修人员进行技能培训和技能评估，如评估不合格，将提供再次培训计划给到那些评估不合格的员工。
Provide inspection skill training and skill level evaluation to new on-board inspectors, if unqualified after evaluation, need provide re-training plan to those unqualified inspectors.
6.对现场人员进行每年例行技能再培训计划，培训将根据现场工作时间的实际情况进行安排和实施。
Make the annual skill retraining plan to all on-site working inspectors, the training will be scheduled and implemented by the actual working schedule.
7.管理并存档培训记录
Manage and reserve the training record.
8.对现场人员继续技能评定，并将相应的评估结果提交给主管复核。
Make annual evaluation for each technical skill level to all on-site working inspectors and provide the evaluation results to supervisor.
9.对于一些特殊的检验返修工作提供必需的技术指导和现场支持。
Provide the necessary technical guidance and on-site support for special rework jobs.
10.和供应商/客户协调合理的检验/返工方案，并正式得到客户的认可
Deal with supplier/customer for the suitable containment work instructions, and get formal approval from customer.
11.完成其他主管交代的工作事宜
Finish other responsibility assigned by supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High level of professionalism required at all times 优秀的职业素养
- Majored in mechanism/engineering 机械/工程专业毕业
- 3 years or above of experience in quality assurance. 3年以上的质量管理工作经验
- 3 years of experience in automotive industries 3年以上的在汽车行业的工作经验
- Knowledge of automotive specifications and standards 熟悉汽车行业规范和标准
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese/English – speaking and writing. 流利的中泰或中英文-说和写
- Strong communication skill. 优秀的沟通技巧
- Good computer skills – MS office, email.... 熟练使用办公软件-包括office, 邮件等
- 1-2 years working experience with the management skill is preferred. 1-2年工作经验有管理技能的优先考虑
- Willing to travel 可以服从公司出差安排
