Prepare and update after-sales technical documents
Develop technical training materials for customers
Conduct technical training sessions to transfer knowledge effectively to customers
-Customer Issue Handling & Field Support
Collect and respond to after-sales issues reported by customers or from the market
Provide technical advice or on-site support to resolve customer issues
Improve customer satisfaction and enhance BYD brand image through effective problem resolution
-Material Inspection & Assembly Support
Inspect materials to be shipped overseas to ensure compliance and quality
When no after-sales tasks are assigned, assist in solving technical issues during vehicle assembly
-Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, or management-related fields.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese are highly preferred; English communication is acceptable depending on the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; solid understanding of basic quality management principles and familiarity with IATF16949 standards.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the automotive or auto parts industry, preferably in quality or process-related roles.
