รายละเอียดงาน
-Supervise day-to-day operations of the canteen, ensuring both front-of-house and back-of-house run efficiently.
-Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance; provide training for new staff.
-Manage the canteen’s operating budget and ensure cost control.
-Handle customer reservations and provide excellent service, including VIP guests.
-Ensure sufficient stock of ingredients and kitchen equipment by coordinating with the purchasing team and vendors.
-Enforce safety and hygiene standards across the canteen.
-Oversee customer service to maintain quality and satisfaction.
-Promote sales and implement campaigns to achieve business targets.
-Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and issue resolution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations.
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- High responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
